The U.S. EB-1A Immigrants with Distinguished Apprenticeship is the first priority category of U.S. professional immigrants, and is applicable to outstanding individuals in the fields of science, art, education, business, and sports.
Application Requirements
If the applicant meets any three of the ten criteria set forth in the Immigration Act, the applicant can apply for the following programs
