Program Introduction
The EB-3 Skilled Immigration Program is designed for skilled professionals, workers, and unskilled laborers who wish to immigrate to the United States. Through this program, skilled workers can obtain a U.S. green card and achieve their career and life goals in the United States. Applicants are required to obtain the support of a U.S. employer and meet relevant occupational requirements and eligibility criteria.
Application Requirements
- Skilled Workers
At least 2 years of relevant employment, education or training experience. Employers applying for labor certification.Examples: computer technicians, note takers, cooks, etc.
- Professionals
At least a bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university or college or foreign equivalent. Education and experience cannot substitute for a bachelor’s degree. Examples: designers, engineers, etc.
- Unskilled Workers
Meet job requirements
(not temporary or seasonal). Employer applies for labor certification
